Sitting in jfk airport right now, and I have to say it’s the only airport I’ve been to where there’s always a bird in the terminal. It’s kinda cool but also z little weird.

::sigh:: Only 4 hrs 13 min to go till my flight.

So…I haven’t done this in ages, but I figured I’d try to post something since I’ve heard about it from my sister and husband in the past week. Here’s the menu:

1. Migas with a Tomato-Chipotle Coulis a la Smitten Kitchen
2. Guinness Corned Beef with Garlic Potato Mash
3. Egg Drop Soup a la GreatDepressionCooking.com (Although, I’m adding celery and carrots to make it a full mirepoix base.)
4. Grilled Chicken and Pencil-thin Asparagus
5. Twice Baked Potatoes

I’m sure I’ll bake some stuff too but I’m not sure what yet. Happy Monday!
