So, I keep forgetting to post my menus, but that’s okay. It’s nice to have time to actually make meals again! Well here’s the menu:
Monday–Honey Pecan Pork Chops, Gourmet Sweet Potato Classic
Tuesday–Pasta (whatever I have in the pantry) with a white wine, cream and tarragon sauce, Sauteed asparagus topped with just a little of the pasta sauce
Wednesday–Kung Pao Chicken with stir fry veggies and white & brown rice
Thursday–Savory Garlic marinated sirloin tip steak, mixed bell peppers tossed and cooked in cajun blackening seasonings
Out of pocket cost–$11.01 Incredible!

So jealous of Eric…. so ah…. Fraser Score of 4/7. I had to score it lower because I grade on a scale of 7 menus. Since there are three missing i have to give it such a low score
