The Story of Three

So I guess I’ll include what’s left of this week’s menu with next week’s. This week includes my birthday (Thai food tomorrow night!!!), and next week has us camping for 3 dinners. We’ll see what our camping food ends up looking like. It might change. Anyhow, here it is.

-dinner out at Thai Orchid
-Mediterranean wraps w/ sun-dried tomato hummus to finish it off
-wheat salad w/ red butter lettuce, grilled peppers and roasted garlic
-Farfalle Zucchini Pasta
-Dinner w/friends (I’m bringing tabbouleh and hummus)
-Cinnamon French Toast
-Charmoula marinated chicken kabobs
-Grilled Chicken drumsticks and beans (camping meal)
-Grilled Sausages and corn on the cob (camping meal)
-some fun REI packaged camping meal…for the fun of it

So… honestly half the reason I put this up here is so that I can look at it and remember what I still have to make. Anyhow, there’s only 4 meals this week since I will be out of town at a wedding. Enjoy!

- Chicken Fajitas w/ Fire Roasted Guacamole
- Cheddar and broccoli quiche (My first try at a homemade quiche!)
- Grilled Drumsticks and corn on the cob, buttermilk biscuits
- Salad w/ red butter lettuce, grilled peppers, whole wheat berries, roasted garlic, artichoke parmesan dressing
