What’s on the Menu–8/18/08

With the Fraser wedding all finished and two weeks left before all the school stuff begins, I have a little time to enjoy some fun new recipes this week. So here goes. I’ll link to the recipes I have.

-Crispy Yogurt Chicken Drumsticks and Roasted Green Beans topped with toasted hazelnuts
-Chicken Fajitas
-Chicken Zucchini Pasta (I added chicken to this recipe and changed the farfalle to whole wheat penne)
-Spinach salad with chicken, avocado, sauteed bell peppers and Annie’s artichoke parmesan dressing
-Ratatouille tart
-Pizza blanca a la Charming the Birds from the Trees
