Well I’m running out the door here pretty quickly, so here’s my menu. Stay tuned for a couple of recipes coming this week (hopefully!).

Dinners
-Caesar Salad with Garlic Bread
-Spicy Chicken Lettuce Wraps
-Carne Asada soft tacos
-Chicken Paprikash w/ egg noodles, sauteed bell peppers
-Chicken Satay skewers w/ peanut sauce, couscous w/scallions
-(After an afternoon of replacing fillings)-chili for my husband and oatmeal for me
