Menu Plan Monday–11/9

So I thought I’d add in my meal plans my current order from the CSA, Eat with the Seasons, that I’m a part of. These next couple weeks, we’re going to be trying to save as much as possible so that we’ll have plenty of spending money in Disneyland! So these meals will be focused around my CSA box and my pantry.

Dinners:
-Martha Stewart’s Beef Stew
-Roasted Chicken Drumsticks and Root Vegetables
-Tuna Melts
-Spaghetti w/ Fresh Tomatoes, Zucchini and Basil
-Leftovers evening

*Two nights are out. One is our Monday date night where we use our deeply discounted gift card from restaurant.com, and the other is Sunday night out with our church. We might end up doing something at home on Sunday if no one’s going out.*

Baking:
-Pumpkin Bread
-Gingersnaps
-Russian Black Bread or Boston Brown Bread (whichever I have the ingredients for–I still have to check.)
-Whole Wheat Apple Crisp

My CSA box:
-Rutabagas
-Yellow Potatoes
-Carrots
-Red Chard
-Beefsteak Tomatoes
-Zucchini
-Sweet Basil
-Apple mix (Cameo, Jonagold and Pinova Apples)
